Hi, I’m Laura Marshall, Realtor and Broker-in-Charge with Donna & Team New Bern.
My approach to real estate is centered around truly understanding my clients’ needs, guiding them through each step of the buying or selling journey, and always striving to exceed expectations. With over 30 years of experience as a licensed real estate agent, I bring a deep level of expertise, professionalism, and heart to every transaction.
My family and I moved across the country to New Bern to be closer to loved ones—and we couldn’t be happier with our decision. This town has a way of making you feel instantly at home. I’m especially drawn to its charming small-town atmosphere, the warmth of its people, and the historic beauty of the downtown waterfront. With so much to do here, from festivals to outdoor adventures, it’s a truly special place to live and work.
I’m proud to serve on our association’s Community Service Committee, where I get to help support meaningful causes and give back to the community that welcomed me so warmly. Outside of work, you’ll find me spending time with family and friends, discovering great local restaurants, attending community theater, or soaking up the sun at one of our nearby beaches.

And just for fun—I've recently taken up golf. Let’s just say I’m very consistent… especially when it comes to hitting the ball into the water (three times in a row, to be exact!).
When I’m not immersed in real estate, I love gardening, cooking, and entertaining. Creating a welcoming home for friends and family brings me a lot of joy—just like helping clients find their perfect place here in New Bern.
