Hi, I’m Holli Huffman, Realtor with Donna & Team New Bern.
I was born and raised between the historic charm of New Bern and the coastal beauty of Pamlico County, and I truly couldn’t imagine calling anywhere else home. From an early age, I explored these waterways, backroads, and small-town communities — not just learning the lay of the land, but forming a deep-rooted connection to the people and places that make Eastern North Carolina so special.
After graduating high school, I spent some time traveling — enough to appreciate just how wide the world really is, and how truly special my little corner of the coast has always been. I eventually settled in Wilmington for college, where I met my husband. Since we were both born and raised in New Bern, it didn’t take long for us to feel the pull back home. The familiarity, the sense of community, and the way it feels like family made it the only place we wanted to raise one of our own.
In real estate, I bring a thoughtful, detail-driven approach to every transaction. I’m known for being steady, thorough, and creative when it comes to negotiating — always focused on finding solutions and making the process as seamless as possible. Whether you're buying your first home or selling a place full of memories, my priority is to make sure you feel confident, supported, and well-informed every step of the way.
When I’m not working, you’ll likely find me (attempting to) garden, soaking in the river views, fishing with my husband, chasing adventures with our kids, or spending time at the barn with our horse. I also love relaxing with friends and family — usually with our two dogs, Dylan the Dalmatian and Kona the Weimaraner.
