Hi, I'm Heather Stepp, Realtor with Donna & Team New Bern.
Born and raised in North Carolina, I’ve always had a passion for people and the places that bring them together. I moved to Eastern NC for college over a decade ago — and never left. Today, I proudly serve buyers and sellers from the coast to Pitt County, bringing over 10 years of real estate experience and a deep love for the communities I call home.
Though I live in Greenville, I know New Bern, Beaufort County, and the surrounding areas like a local. I’m drawn to the rich history, small-town charm, and strong sense of connection that define Eastern North Carolina — from the coastal towns to the heart of Greenville and Washington.
I’m a firm believer in the power of regional growth and transformational thinking. Whether I’m helping families find their forever home or supporting local businesses and organizations, I’m committed to making our communities stronger and more vibrant. I currently serve on the Advisory Council for East Carolina University’s College of Business, and I’m an active supporter of initiatives that enrich the fabric of ENC.
