Hi, I’m Clancy Ballenger, Realtor with Donna & Team New Bern.
Born and raised in New Bern, I bring deep local knowledge and a strong legal background to every transaction. With a law degree and years of experience in real estate, I offer clients an edge—particularly when it comes to negotiation and protecting their interests. I specialize in a wide range of transactions, including VA loans, luxury listings, and land sales.
Licensed since 2017 and a proud member of Donna & Team New Bern since 2019, I’m committed to providing thoughtful guidance and results-driven service to every client I serve. My approach is rooted in listening first, then working relentlessly to achieve each client’s unique goals.
I grew up on Hancock Street and later moved to Jones County, but New Bern has always been home. My father, a Marine Corps veteran, chose to settle here after serving during the Vietnam War—drawn to the same small-town charm, beautiful rivers, and tight-knit community that I love today.
I’m actively involved in the community through the New Bern Rotary Club, the Coastal Conservation Association, New Bern Golf & Country Club, and Christ Episcopal Church. Outside of work, you’ll find me boating on the Trent and Neuse Rivers, taking golf cart rides with my wife and our three dogs (two dachshunds and an English Bulldog), enjoying New Bern’s restaurant scene, or exploring the outdoors through hiking, fishing, and golf.
