Morgan Crisp is the COO of Donna & Team New Bern as well as the Director of Operations for two Keller Williams Market Centers, a Title company, and Mortgage company. Morgan has been a Realtor for over 12 years, an independent agent for 4 of those years and continues to foster a successful referral business while being in Leadership roles. Morgan has assembled a tool box of systems to operate a Top Team and a Keller Williams office that no agent would want to leave! Morgan has been invited to speak at several KW Family Reunion break out sessions and frequently appears on KW Connect Live Streams to share her systems and models with other MCA's and KW Leadership Teams.
