Stewart Downey, | Donna and Team New Bern

Stewart joined Keller Williams late in 2013 and began his career as a buyer specialist with Donna & Team New Bern. He would go on to win the Rookie if the Year award for 2014 and would culminate his buyer agent career with over 15 million in closed volume. The opportunity to become a listing specialist presented itself in January of 2017 and in that first year as a listing specialist he would go on to list more than 100 properties for more than 17 million in total volume.

Stewart has always had a passion for learning, training and growth, and has pursued all of the education that KW provides. A 9 time BOLD graduate, Stewart attributes much of his success to the scripts and dialogues that he learned through that course. As of April 2018, Stewart became a father, and the next month took on the role of Productivity Coach in New Bern. From there Stewart went on to become the Team Leader at KW Elite in South Asheville and served in that role for a year before returning to New Bern to be closer to family and return to sales as a Listing Specialist.

When he isn’t coaching and training, you can find him fly fishing, spending time with his family, or relaxing with a great book and his Chocolate Lab, Bryson.
